Service and Laying Characteristics: This series of control cables has distinct temperature resistance grading performance to adapt to different industrial working environments. For conventional ordinary-type cables, the maximum long-term allowable working temperature of the conductor shall not exceed 70℃, which fully meets the stable operation requirements of conventional indoor and conventional industrial environment control circuits. For cross-linked polyethylene insulated models, the optimized formula and cross-linking process greatly improve the high-temperature resistance of the insulation material, and the maximum long-term working temperature can reach 90℃. This high-temperature resistant type can adapt to high-temperature workshops, equipment intensive areas and industrial environments with continuous heat radiation, effectively avoiding insulation aging, performance attenuation and service life shortening caused by long-term high-temperature operation, and improving the overall stability and durability of the control system.
The product has excellent low-temperature resistance performance, with the minimum adaptable ambient temperature reaching -40℃. It can maintain good insulation toughness, structural stability and flexible bending performance in extreme low-temperature environments, without brittle cracking, insulation hardening or signal transmission failure. This feature enables the cable to be normally applied and stably operated in alpine regions, outdoor open-air environments and low-temperature industrial workshops, solving the problem that ordinary control cables are prone to failure in low-temperature environments and greatly expanding the product’s application scope in complex climatic conditions.
In terms of construction and laying specifications, the product has clear and standardized bending radius requirements to ensure the integrity of the cable internal structure and long-term safe operation. For non-armored cables with flexible structure, the minimum allowable bending radius shall be no less than 6 times the cable outer diameter. The flexible design facilitates flexible wiring, corner laying and narrow space construction, which is convenient for on-site construction and installation. For armored cables with metal protective layers, due to the addition of armored mechanical protection structure, the overall rigidity is improved, and the minimum bending radius shall not be less than 12 times the cable outer diameter. Standardized bending construction can effectively prevent structural damage such as armor deformation, insulation extrusion and conductor breakage, ensuring that the electrical performance and anti-interference performance of the cable will not be affected during laying and long-term operation.
In terms of laying environment requirements, the ambient temperature during cable laying construction shall not be lower than 0℃. Construction in ultra-low temperature environment will easily lead to reduced toughness of the cable insulation layer, and bending and traction operations may cause hidden cracks in the insulation and shielding layer, which will affect the long-term safety and stability of the circuit. Therefore, standardized construction temperature specifications ensure the installation quality of the cable and lay a foundation for the long-term stable operation of industrial control systems.
